Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers, and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Utilize Microsoft suite to manage data entry and communication tasks
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to clients and customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and decision-making skills

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
