Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing an effortless experience to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound telephone calls, promoting digital self-service capabilities, and taking ownership of each caller's needs to build value and the arenaflex brand.

Responsibilities

* Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience

  • Take ownership of each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
  • Assist customers over the phone, providing empathetic and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns
  • Learn and master insurance products and processes in a training environment
  • Commit to the training and work schedule, maintaining a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development to support career growth and success

Qualifications

* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual a plus

* Base pay: $22 per hour, with the opportunity for growth and advancement
