Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality service
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
