What You'll Do as a Remote Customer Service Representative

What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload (cable or fiber internet service only)

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Must live in the state of Florida
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
