Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and architectures that support our business and information science needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges, and collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate data into our cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop large-scale data pipelines and architectures to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources
- Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch data processing
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate data into cloud-based platforms and develop predictive models
- Work with cloud-based technologies such as GCP, AWS, and Azure to design and implement scalable data architectures
- Develop and maintain data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients
- Ensure data quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Investigate current data technology trends and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, including GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, and PySpark
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with healthcare industry data and regulations
- Certification in data engineering, data science, or related field
