Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
• Analyze and troubleshoot data-related problems using technical skills
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field

• Strong technical skills in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and Development Life Cycle Management
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
