Key Responsibilities

As a remote research participant, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing data entry tasks and micro tasks from the comfort of your own home
• Participating in online focus groups and product testing sessions
• Engaging in research trials and studies
• Providing feedback and insights to help shape new products and services
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve research objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection and a mobile device or computer
• The ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (although not mandatory)
• The ability to read, write, and type at a minimum of 25 words per minute
• A stable internet connection and a webcam (for some studies)
• A smartphone (for some studies)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly valued in this role. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it may open up more opportunities for you.

To participate in our research studies, you'll need:

• A laptop or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• A webcam (for some studies)
• A smartphone (for some studies)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (although not mandatory)

Pay and Benefits

As a remote research participant, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study and up to $250 per single research study session. Our studies are designed to be flexible and accommodating, allowing you to work at your own pace and choose the studies that best fit your schedule.
