As a Process Associate in Quality Assurance and Improvement at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive operational excellence. Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. The job involves auditing operations teams' & system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. You will be responsible to audit, track and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes. The individual will interact with the business, automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities

  • Audit operations teams' & system outputs to identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Audit, track and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes
  • Interact with business, automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business results

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean principles
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
