Responsibilities
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
- Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they have the right insurance solutions for their needs
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring that customers have authentic experiences with our company, from initial contact to resolution
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in challenging situations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
- A high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
- A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
- The ability to pass a background check
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, having the following skills and qualifications can be beneficial:
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate)
