The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure that their expectations are met and exceeded. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer calls and requests, and be responsible for adapting to changing guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Adapting to changing guidelines and procedures, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check
