Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to existing policyholders, third parties, and agents via inbound telephone calls
- Promoting digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience and reduce call volume
- Taking ownership of each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
- Assisting customers with insurance-related questions, inquiries, or concerns
- Learning and mastering arenaflex's insurance products and processes in a training environment
- Committing to the training and work schedule, including a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual a plus

Compensation and Perks
The annualized base pay range for this role is $40,685 - $61,027. In addition to your base pay, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, effective day one. You'll also have access to 25 days paid time off in your first full year of service and paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown program, 401K, and other rewards.
