Responsibilities
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
- Delivering an exceptional support experience
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish and English: While this role supports both languages, most calls are in English.
- Flexibility: Be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age: Meet the minimum age requirement.
Equipment and Internet Requirements
To perform your job duties, you'll need:
- 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch): A dedicated monitor for your work station.
- Hardwired internet connection: A reliable internet connection with a speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up.
- Working Phone Line: A home phone or mobile phone for communication.
- Noise/distraction-free environment: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
- Desk and ergonomic chair: A comfortable workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair.
