Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers in all matters related to the usage of arenaflex's services, including CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives
  • Guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources
  • Driving customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building
  • Successfully implementing new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods, as well as providing training to all stakeholders of the projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience
  • More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry
  • Experience in management of projects and small teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America
  • Valid driver's license with a good standing record

Bonus Points

While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • Maintenance specific experience with usage of CBM and CMMS tools
  • Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
