Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced HR Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site
- Developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval
- Reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access
- Ability to find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes
- Collaborating with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation
- Communicating progress and updates to the HR team regularly
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance
- Familiarity with SharePoint is essential
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members
- Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks
- Proven clerical or administrative skills
- Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
- Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working with ADP's Document Cloud and SharePoint
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is $23 - $25 per hour, with a flexible schedule that includes part-time hours (8 AM - 4 PM) and remote work options after the training phase.
