Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless package delivery. You'll work closely with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, troubleshoot problems, and participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document delivery flow of packages into our tracking system
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a logistics or transportation industry

  • Knowledge of package delivery processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
