Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. This is a remote work opportunity that requires a stable internet connection, a reliable computer or laptop, and a strong typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ensure that all data entry tasks are completed within the designated timeframe
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via email and phone
  • Meet the required typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, focusing on tasks without being distracted
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Must be a resident of the United States
  • Must have a stable internet connection
  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills
  • Must have basic English written and spoken language skills
  • Must be able to type accurately at a speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Must be able to focus on tasks without being distracted
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via email and phone

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or similar roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
