We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of innovators and technologists. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Your Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models that enhance our visitor experiences
- Working with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehousing, and data visualization solutions
- Developing and maintaining data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to drive business insights and decision-making
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth
- Leading and working with teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors
- Driving innovation, idea generation, and proof-of-concept development to drive top-tier AI and machine learning solutions
- Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team
- Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
- Productionizing machine learning models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews
Required Capabilities and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
- 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
- Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
- Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets
- 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
- Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with control frameworks
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform
- Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Agile development techniques
- Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
- Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
- Experience with audio analysis
- Experience with text analysis
Education
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in a related field is highly desirable.
