Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced licensed insurance professional to join our team as a Part-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, implementing retention strategies, and managing the renewal process. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Part-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active Property & Casualty License: You must have an active property and casualty license to be considered for this position.
- Previous Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of property/casualty service experience is required.
- Allstate Experience: Previous experience with Allstate is preferred but not required.
