Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
Logging into the arenaflex chat system
at the start of your scheduled shift to ensure seamless communication with customers
Responding promptly to customer queries
regarding shipping rates, return policies, product availability, and other related topics
Maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor
in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience
Logging out at the end of your shift
and receiving daily compensation based on the hours worked
Staying up-to-date
with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Access to a device
(phone, tablet, laptop) with internet capability to handle social media and website chat functions
Ability to work independently
with minimal supervision
Strong adherence to detailed instructions
to ensure accuracy and consistency
Commitment to at least 5 hours per week
of work to meet customer demand
