What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, who are financial institutions and their clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Working part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) to ensure seamless support to our customers

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze customer information to inform product recommendations
