Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and other points of contact. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing Friendly Support: Offer warm, welcoming support to all internal and external customers, building positive relationships and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Working in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the success of our organization, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive results.
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers who are traveling, shipping, or using our baggage services, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Handling Transactions: Process payments, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions.
  • Managing Baggage and Freight: Inspect and handle baggage and freight, answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues quickly and in accordance with our organization's policies.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the airline and travel industry, including our policies, procedures, and systems.
