Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately keying applications into our database, maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our management team to address systematic opportunities and issues, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Key paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed

• Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
• Assist the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
• Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
• Work with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issues
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Education and Work Experience

* High School Diploma, college preferred

• 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field

Knowledge and Skills

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
