Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to deliver a best-in-class customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secured workspace that meets our security standards

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting

- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
