Job Summary
As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. You'll be responsible for explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances, all while maintaining a high level of empathy and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Using empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills.
- Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients to create affordable payment plans and take payments by phone.
- Accurately documenting all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day.
