Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns
* Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. If you're a:
* Bilingual Spanish/English speaker
* High School Diploma or GED holder
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience
* Minimum 6 months Call Center experience (preferred)
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* Able to work independently
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need:
* An internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
* An internet connection with a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace
