Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-impact projects that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data gathering, analysis, ongoing metrics, and presentations
  • Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
  • Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
  • 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

  • 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
  • Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
