The Opportunity
As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building relationships, and providing them with our innovative payment solutions. With a simple and straightforward process, you will have the freedom to work independently, with extensive training and support from our team. You will have the potential to earn a significant income, with a 40% revenue share on all accounts processed, paid for the life of the account, and regular cash bonus incentives for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new business clients, building relationships and providing them with arenaflex's innovative payment solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize arenaflex's technology and resources to find prospective clients and enroll them in our services
- Leverage your network and connections to grow your business and increase revenue
- Participate in regular training and education to stay up-to-date with arenaflex's services and industry developments
Essential Qualifications
* Prior sales experience or sales training, preferably in the high-ticket space
- Coachable and ready to be trained and educated by our team to completely understand arenaflex's services and how to best find prospective clients to enroll
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, ready to fit this position into their own life and leverage all the provided tools to make a difference in their financial structure
- Connections to businesses from prior or current employment, or from personal network is desirable

* Experience in the payment processing industry or related field
- Strong understanding of payment technology and processing solutions
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on high-ticket sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Compensation and Benefits
* 40% Revenue Share on all accounts processed, paid for the life of the account, on the 25th of each month
- Regular monthly cash bonus incentives for closing deals
- Additional commission on sold/leased equipment to businesses
- Most agents achieve $6,000 in monthly income by month 6 and $10,000 per month by end of year 1, with the potential to earn passive income on deals closed months prior
