As a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales team by researching contact information, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Part-Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you'll work up to 28 hours per week, preferably from 8:30am-3:00pm (M-W) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Th-F). Your primary responsibilities will include researching contact information for potential clients, setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns, making introductory calls to schedule meetings, and performing general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Researches contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnels

  • Sets up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
  • Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
  • Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to:

+ Filing + Photocopying + Faxing + Mailing in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Assists with special projects as assigned
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

Physical Demands & Work Environment

* Occasionally required to stand

  • Continually required to sit and to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually required to talk or hear
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and/or use a keyboard for research and communication
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds
