Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken
- Working closely with other team members to meet customer service goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
