Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with various aspects of the rental and return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and checking-in vehicles at return
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Entering information into handheld devices and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Working effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
- Participating in on-the-job training and ongoing development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Effective verbal communication skills and a strong customer service focus
- Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of transportation industry operations and policies
- Experience with handheld devices and data entry software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
