Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate
As an Entry Level Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers by supplying them with service alternatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Properly preparing for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
- Engaging in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
- Professionally representing our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
- Developing effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
- Educating consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
- Efficiently navigating order entry system and scheduling dates as necessary
