Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric attitude
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our energy solutions
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring seamless customer transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and expertise
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment; experience in the energy industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
