Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company in the online world. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers via chat, building relationships, and encouraging them to place orders. With our cutting-edge software, you'll be able to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices to customers using our system. But that's not all – you'll also be working closely with our sales managers to ensure that every lead is followed up with a phone call, and that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat and encourage them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in our Q&A group to achieve sales goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using software applications and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the sales or customer service industry

  • Knowledge of the shipping container industry or related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
