About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. This project focuses on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and you'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless operations and meet our goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to inform outreach efforts
- Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Provide problem resolution through effective communication via phone and email
- Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, following set procedures and receiving supervision as needed
Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on effective problem-solving and critical thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
- Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
