The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Representative, you'll work closely with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Starting new conversations (2 hours)
• Follow-ups (2 hours)
• Organic account growth (2 hours)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
• Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through social media conversations
• Utilize your creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
• Collaborate with our client success team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Ability to work from home with a fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
• 100% confidence in your English skills

Pay and Benefits

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
