Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing customer interaction via inbound calls: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer: Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish – communication level: Speak and write Spanish with ease and accuracy.
