Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various social media channels. This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow with a global leader in the communications industry.

Key Responsibilities and Obligations

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through social media channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in social media customer support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in social media customer support
  • Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through social media channels, providing personalized support and service
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media customer support or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
