Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and merchants, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed

  • Collaborate with the Merchant Services Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Utilize Google Sheets and other tools to perform data analysis and reporting

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Knowledge of food delivery industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
