Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
- Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, exceeding client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
