Social Media Market Manager
Industry: Luxury Travel & Premium Transportation Location: Remote with International Travel (Mexico, Colombia, Cartagena) Target Markets: United States & Canada Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts for a premium brand offering luxury cars and vans, hotel packages, and vacation packages. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that attract high-value clients from the United States and Canada, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads for luxury travel and transportation services. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (English and Spanish), highly skilled in digital marketing, and comfortable traveling internationally to support promotional campaigns, partnerships, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy targeting luxury travelers in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content showcasing luxury vehicles, vacation experiences, and hotel partnerships. Lead Generation & Client Attraction Implement campaigns designed to attract high-net-worth and premium travel clients. Generate qualified leads through social media advertising, organic engagement, and influencer collaborations. Optimize marketing funnels to convert followers into booking clients. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling Produce engaging visual and video content featuring luxury vehicles, destinations, and travel experiences. Coordinate photoshoots and promotional campaigns during travel to destinations such as Mexico, Colombia, and Cartagena. Maintain consistent brand messaging aligned with luxury market expectations. Analytics & Performance Optimization Track KPIs such as engagement rates, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns for better results. Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations. Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Identify and collaborate with travel influencers, luxury brands, hotels, and tourism partners. Build relationships with businesses that attract the target clientele from the U.S. and Canada.
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand marketing. Experience creating campaigns targeting U.S. and Canadian clients. Strong understanding of luxury branding and travel marketing. Skilled in content creation, social media ads, and audience growth strategies. Ability and willingness to travel internationally (Mexico, Colombia, Cartagena). Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing luxury travel, tourism, or premium transportation services. Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads). Experience working with influencers or travel partnerships. Photography, videography, or content production skills. Technical Requirements Computer: Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000+), or Mac M1+. Min. 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD. OS: Windows 11 or macOS. Monitors: Two screens required. Headset: USB wired or wireless. Internet: Wired connection, at least 20 Mbps.
