  • *The Role**

The Safety Compliance Coordinator supports the organization’s safety operations by ensuring the accuracy, organization, and integrity of safety documentation, reporting, and internal systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting safety programs, and ensuring safety data and processes remain consistent across the organization. Working closely with the Safety Director, Field Safety teams, and internal teams, this individual will manage safety records, training documentation, software systems, and reporting tools that support company safety initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination across departments, and the ability to manage multiple compliance and reporting processes simultaneously.

  • *What You’ll Do
  • *Regulatory Compliance Support
  • Maintain OSHA logs and incident reporting records.
  • Track and organize company safety documentation.
  • Maintain safety audit logs and corrective action trackers.
  • Support OSHA inspection preparation and compliance documentation.
  • *Training & Certification Tracking
  • Maintain the company’s safety training database.
  • Track certifications such as OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.
  • Coordinate scheduling and documentation of safety trainings.
  • Ensure training compliance across teams and departments.
  • *Safety Software Administration
  • Serve as the primary administrator for internal safety management software.
  • Work with internal IT to maintain proprietary safety platforms.
  • Support implementation of new safety technology tools.
  • Ensure safety data integration across company systems.
  • *Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate safety reporting across field safety teams, client safety programs, and compliance leadership.
  • Ensure safety documentation and reporting consistency between departments.
  • *Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain safety dashboards and metrics reporting.
  • Support monthly and quarterly safety reporting.
  • Compile and track leading and lagging safety indicators.
  • *What You'll Bring
  • Experience supporting safety compliance, safety operations, or regulatory documentation in a construction, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA reporting requirements, documentation, and recordkeeping (OSHA logs, incident reports, audit documentation).
  • Experience working with safety management systems or internal compliance software platforms.
  • Ability to administer software tools, manage system data, and partner with internal IT teams to maintain safety platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining safety dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
  • Experience tracking safety training programs and certifications (e.g., OSHA 10 / OSHA 30).
  • Strong organizational and documentation control skills with high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams including field safety, client safety programs, and compliance leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for tracking, reporting, and documentation management.
  • Comfort working with evolving safety technology, automation tools, or AI-enabled systems that support safety data management and reporting.
  • *Travel & Physical Requirements
  • Approximately 10% travel to conferences as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Travel is defined as physically leaving home on behalf of business activities including but not limited to client sites, meetings with other employees, meetings for business development purposes, running errands on behalf of the business, attending industry conferences, etc.
