Develop and implement a comprehensive global video and digital events strategy for Franklin Templeton Investments. Drive engagement and audience growth across various channels through creative and impactful video strategies. Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of video and digital events and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in video and event marketing to continuously evolve and enhance our strategies. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and technical experts, to ensure seamless execution of video and digital events. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand reach and drive engagement. Serve as the subject matter expert on video and digital event strategies, providing guidance and support to teams across the organization. Stay updated on global markets and industry trends to ensure our video and digital events are relevant and impactful. Lead and mentor a team of video and event professionals to deliver exceptional results. Effectively communicate progress, updates, and challenges to senior management.
