About Movement Resilience We're an Austin-based cash-pay sports rehab clinic built around one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a full-body approach to patient care. Our patients aren't just getting adjusted or treated as another number — We give them actual plans by getting to the root cause of what's holding them back so they can return to the things they love. We aren't your cookie-cutter, traditional chiropractic office. Our patients describe us as 'there's nothing like this.' We've built our practice on long-lasting clinical outcomes, human connection, and genuine care — and we've grown almost entirely through Instagram, word of mouth, and direct referrals. The Role As our Sales Development Rep, you'll be the first voice our prospective patients hear. You'll handle inbound inquiries, run our discovery call process, qualify leads, and ultimately schedule the right patients to come in for care. We don't let just anyone into our practice — we only work with patients we know we can truly help. Your role is essential in determining who that is. What You'll Actually Do
- Field all inbound calls and leads that come in from digital and non-digital channels
- Run our structured discovery call process to qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls and texts to prospects and past patients
- Manage Instagram DM follow-up as part of our lead pipeline
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows, assist in reshceudles
- Follow up with company leads that have come in for a discovery call or evaluation following the company’s lead follow up process to qualify them, classify their interest and route them to the right “next step” in our process.
- Use the company’s database and online platform to find prospects and set appointments for “discovery call”
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (GoHighLevel), Google Sheets, and EHR (Jane App)
- Meticulously follow our sales scripts, tracking systems, and processes

The Scorecard
- 40%+ conversion rate on incoming calls
- 20–25 new appointments scheduled per month (4–5 per week)
- 25 outbound calls per day + 10 Instagram DM conversations

Compensation & Benefits - Full-Time (performance-based transition): $45,000 – $55,000 salary + incentive
