About JKD Agency In Feb 2024 we launched this offer and scaled from 0 to ~$150k per month in about 18 months. We help marketing agencies and consultants build predictable, automated outbound appointment booking systems, backed by a strong guarantee: if clients do not book 120 qualified appointments in 120 days, they get a full refund. We have refunded 3 out of 300+ clients. Right now we have 1 closer (plus myself) and 3 setters. We are booking around 25 appointments per day and can easily scale to 40+ per day. We keep a tight ship, we would rather have a small team of killers than a big team of tourists. Role: Remote High Ticket Closer – 20k+ per month OTE This is a fully remote role. You must be able to work Eastern Time hours (plus or minus 3 hours). US, Canada & Europe candidates only. You will:

• Take 6 to 8 qualified sales calls per day with marketing agency owners and consultants with a show rate of 80%
• Sell an $8k to $16k consulting offer with a strong money back guarantee
• Run real discovery, challenge limiting beliefs, and handle objections about money, timing, and risk
• Follow our proven script and process, use our call library, and plug into over $30,000 worth of sales training we have already purchased

Who we are looking for

• You have sold similar B2B service or consulting offers at $8k plus over the phone or Zoom
• You have taken at least 200 closing calls in the last 12 months
• You are hungry to earn a high income and want to hit 20k plus per month once ramped
• You want to work only with A players and be pushed to get better every day
• You are willing to work Eastern Time zone hours (plus or minus 3 hours)
• You take unreasonable accountability for your results and your life
• You are willing to sit in the pocket with prospects, confront their limiting beliefs, and stay with the conversation until you get to the truth
• You are a long term thinker who wants to grow with one company for years, not hop offers every few months

Ramp plan

• Weeks 1 to 2 – Internal training
• Direct training from the founder on our sales process to get you to 15 to 20 percent close rate as fast as possible
• Deep product and avatar training, objection handling, and daily role plays with the team
• Weeks 3 to 4 – Half calendar
• You move onto a half calendar of real sales calls
• Ongoing call reviews and feedback to tighten your game
• Once you consistently close 15 to 20 percent plus, you move to a full calendar – up to 8 calls per day

Compensation
