Job Title: Solar Lead Generator (Cold Calling Specialist) Description: We’re looking for a motivated Solar Lead Generator with cold calling experience to join our growing solar team. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and set appointments for our solar consultants. This is a performance-based position — the more quality leads you generate, the more you earn. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in reducing their energy costs through solar.
• Use our dialer system efficiently to maximize call volume and reach daily targets.
• Qualify leads based on interest, property ownership, and energy usage.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar cold calling or telemarketing.
• Comfortable working with and navigating dialer systems.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
