- *VP, People Partner (HRBP)
- *Introduction
ABC is seeking a VP, People Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-to-Market organization, during a critical phase of global growth and organizational evolution. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this leader will serve as a trusted executive partner to senior GTM leaders, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and people strategy across a distributed, remote-first client group primarily based in North America. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for a seasoned HR leader who can influence at the executive level while helping scale a more mature, effective, and future-ready GTM organization. The role will also lead and elevate a small HRBP team as the function continues its shift toward more strategic business partnership.
- *What You’ll Do
- Act as the senior People Partner to leaders across all Go to Market functions, providing strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent, and team performance.
- Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and influence key people and org decisions with credibility, judgment, and business acumen.
- Lead GTM-focused org design, workforce planning, and change management efforts in support of company growth and evolving business priorities.
- Partner with leadership to assess and shape team structures across Sales, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Coach C-suite and senior executives on leadership effectiveness, team health, organizational design, and performance management.
- Guide complex global employee relations and performance matters with sound judgment, consistency, and a practical solutions-oriented approach.
- Use people analytics, business metrics, and organizational insights to diagnose issues, identify trends, and inform recommendations.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Experience to drive aligned, high-quality people outcomes across the supported functions.
- Lead and develop a small HRBP team, including two direct reports, while helping elevate the broader HRBP function toward more strategic partnership.
- Identify opportunities to simplify work, improve scale, and increase effectiveness through AI tools, automation, and smarter people processes.
- *What You’ll Need
- 18+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a strategic HRBP leader in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- 8+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading or developing senior HRBP talent.
- Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, and/or Customer Success.
- Deep capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, especially within scaling commercial organizations.
- Strong executive coaching skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex global employee relations and performance management matters.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business performance and organizational outcomes.
- Data fluency and comfort using people analytics and business insights to shape decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, move with pace, and apply strong professional judgment in a dynamic global environment.

- Proficiency using AI tools to draft, analyze, and improve work quality; ability to select the right tools for different workflows, craft effective prompts, and coach others on responsible adoption.
