Responsibilities
What you will do...
- Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products.
- Conduct FA analysis. Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel and other available tools.
- Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently.
- Internal audit of leadership base: batch production line status audit, internal inspection before PPAP on-site audit, and annual audit.
- Conduct PPAP on-site audits, after start of production.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship of mutual trust with customer, maintain good communication with customer.
- Regularly hold quality meetings, report project quality status.
- Responsible for change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
You will have...
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Experience: Experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- Previous production supervision.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Experience working with IATF16949.
- Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly changing work environment
