Client Support & Travel Assistance As part of the role, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients who are planning travel
- Help research and coordinate travel options such as cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel stays
- Answer client questions and provide helpful travel-related information
- Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings
- Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
- Provide assistance to clients both before and after their travel
