As part of the renowned Dream Vacations franchise, the company offers a boutique experience supported by a vast network, delivering exceptional service and meaningful travel experiences. Additionally, the agency supports the development of independent travel advisors with comprehensive training and resources. What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with clients to plan and book vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Disney destinations, and more
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budgets
- Manage bookings, itineraries, and client communication from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier offerings, and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, go-getter mindset
- Proven ability to close sales and confidently convert leads into booked clients
- Natural networker who can build relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Passion for travel
- Travel industry experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Willingness to complete training and stay engaged with ongoing education
- Must be willing to complete and pass a background check
