Online Vacation Specialist / Flexible Hours / Beginner Friendly
About the Role
We’re expanding our network of independent travel advisors and seeking driven individuals who love travel and enjoy helping others plan memorable getaways. This is a commission-based independent contractor position with unlimited income potential. You’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule, work entirely from home, and grow your business at your own pace. No previous experience in the travel industry is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to professional tools and certifications to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to design and book both domestic and international travel experiences
- Focus on in-demand niches such as luxury travel, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, honeymoons, and destination weddings
- Grow your client base through referrals, social media presence, and networking opportunities
- Optionally grow and mentor a team of travel consultants (additional income stream)
- Take part in continued education, industry events, and FAM (familiarization) trips
